Administrative/Non Direct Care positions
Licensed Professional Staff
Seeking part-time licensed Registered Nurse, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Special Education Teacher or Licensed Psychologist (MA only) to supervise students' treatment programs at residential homes. The shift hours are: Saturdays 8AM–8PM, Sundays 8AM–8PM and Wednesdays overnight, 6:30PM–Thursdays 9AM. Training provided. Educational Testing Coordinator
Full time Educational Testing Coordinator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, administering standardized tests mandated by federal and state regulations, placement and annual education testing, and vocational assessments. Previous experience in the field of education and teaching license is required. Master’s degree preferred. Director of Nursing (DON)
We are looking for a self-driven and experienced DON to oversee the day-to-day management of our residential and day program and provide leadership for their residents and staff as a part of a senior management team. The role of the DON is to work towards achieving the professional and organizational goals of the program and provide a high level of leadership and clinical skill. - Have Registered Nurse registration and licensure
- Have a minimum of three years working in the mental health environment
- Have previously worked as a Director of Nursing or Nursing Manager
- Have strong people skills
- Place importance on fostering good resident and family relationships
- Have a good understanding of continuous improvement, regulatory implementation and risk management
