Behavioral Therapists/MHA provide support to students with Intellectual Disabilities and Behavioral Disorders in an educational and residential setting. They assist with the implementation of our treatment programs and carry out any educational and independent living skills activities. Behavioral Clinician with Doctorate in Psychology

The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (JRC) is a fast-growing, highly structured residential special needs program located in Canton, Massachusetts, which is within commuting distance of Boston and Providence.  JRC serves children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with autism, intellectual disability, conduct/psychiatric disorders, and severe behavior disorders.  JRC's program involves the highly consistent application of behavioral principles to education and treatment. Each JRC clinician oversees the behavioral treatment of a caseload of students. We are looking for full-time clinicians who are committed to using or learning the behavioral (Applied Behavior Analysis) model. Salaries are dependent on experience and educational level: PH.D/Psy.D. $90,000/yr., BCBA-D $95,000/yr or Licensed Psychologist $100,000/yr. Instructional Para-Professionals

Paraprofessionals provide assistance to teachers and other school personnel in the delivery of quality education and behavioral support services for students in an array of classroom settings. This position is responsible for providing instructional assistance and behavioral support as well as implementation of effective classroom strategies and procedures under the direction of classroom teachers and/or other school personnel. A high level of professionalism and ethical behavior is expected, consistent with the job duties and responsibilities of a paraprofessional.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; AND one of the following: an Associate's (or higher) degree; OR completion of 48 credit hours at an Institution of Higher Education.
